The birthday of any member of BTS is nothing less than a festival as ARMYs all over the world leave no stone unturned to celebrate the occasion. From Peru to the Philippines to our own India, Golden Makane fans have set up birthday projects, DJ parties and installations since September 1, the day Jean Jungkook was born. Many of the themes of the celebration reflect the fact that Jungkook is turning 25 this year. Take a look at all the efforts being made by ARMY to celebrate this special day.
The world’s largest container shopping mall ‘Common Ground’ in Seoul will be transformed into a special ‘kuku themed’ space for Jungkook’s birthday. Common Ground is Korea’s first pop-up store built with shipping containers and a scale of 5,300 square meters. It contains over 200 shipping containers and is Korea’s first (and the world’s largest) shipping container shopping mall. Due to its modern architecture, it is one of the popular locations in Seoul that is often used as a filming location for plays and music videos.
Jungkook’s Magic Shop and Baby Highness Big Doll in Hongdae, Seoul has become a major attraction as many fans flock here daily to view and capture pictures with it.

Jungkook fans in the Philippines held a special birthday celebration with the theme “Our Golden Maize Turns Silver Party” at a hotel ballroom in Manila.
Many fanclubs in India have also organized special events. BTS India Magic Shop hosts Delhi’s first BTS DJ party ahead of JK’s birthday, while Korean restaurant Pop Seoul is hosting a special event for ARMY on 1 September.
