AUSTWICK Village Show made a triumphant return, after an enforced two year break because of the pandemic.

Held in the parish hall, the usual high-quality garden produce, flowers, cookery, handicrafts and artwork entered by both seasoned exhibitors and a sizeable number of new exhibitors, managed to achieve an amazing combination of colour, skill and artistry.

The standard of exhibits on display were as excellent as ever. The high number of visitors had much to admire while at the same time enjoying the home-made cakes and refreshments on offer.

Due to the fine weather, the prize giving took place outside in the parish hall garden. Winners were presented with their trophies and cups including a new prize for the best first-time adult.
